Optimised UX
To optimise the user experience without compromising stringent security protocols, we designed the UX in a white-labelled environment using dummy information and data.
Prior to development, the design and sign-off process involved handoff of a Marvel prototype for both mobile and desktop solutions. This allowed our client to understand the user flow and enabled us, as UX & UI designers, to improve and streamline the user experience for optimal results.
Once developed, our testing processes involved both real-world devices (desktop and mobile) and the use of BrowserStack for browser and responsive testing by our in-house designer and front-end development team. Our client and their team tested the design to ensure usability and functionality.
Ultimate scalability
To ensure storage and speed capabilities are fully expandable, we developed the system on scalable servers.
The secure file manager emulates a modern file system’s folder and file hierarchy, providing our client with all the capabilities for adding data and on-page content into the backend without issue. The secure client front end is also a fully expandable UI that caters to as much content as needed, defined by the website’s structure.
Unlimited IAM-based admin controls
Admin and client users can be added in unlimited amounts. The manual user management process gives full oversight of identity verification and access level allocation. This IAM structure ensures control over who can view and access content through a fully encrypted process, governed by tiered identity protocols..
