Arnold & Baldwin are a supplier of choice for Sotheby’s and have built a reputation as a surveyor they can rely on to carry out detailed inspections with due diligence, to move quickly and discreetly when needed, and with accuracy and care.
To serve this market properly, we helped Arnold & Baldwin to create a suite of estate agents marketing collateral that would appeal in tone and style to the prime property professional and their customers.
Our brief as a property marketing agency partner was twofold: to produce bespoke brochure comms that would appeal to and resonate with lawyers, estate agents and brokers working in the prime property sector, and to produce brochure comms they could use as sales tools with their customers.
The brochure for estate agents, brokers and lawyers introduced Arnold & Baldwin as Sotheby’s newly appointed prime survey partner, established their expertise and credentials and outlined the benefits of the new partnership.
The brochure for customers also took the opportunity to outline broader services, introduce SellSmart, outline lease extension services and offer a free initial consultation.

Taylor Rose is a top 60 UK law firm with 25 offices spanning England and Wales – and still one of the UK’s fastest growing. Their full range of services of course includes conveyancing, and they call on Arnold & Baldwin to provide the full spectrum of surveying services for their conveyancing customers.
Our Taylor Rose email campaign was a targeted brand awareness and lead nurturing initiative, designed to convert a cold audience into engaged customers.
Through a strategic partnership with Taylor Rose Solicitors, Arnold & Baldwin gained access to a highly relevant database of 9,500 prospects, 40% of whom had previously purchased from Taylor Rose and were highly likely to engage with A&B’s services.

Sales collateral for Estate Agents and Legal Partners

Arnold & Baldwin understand that property or estate agent marketing isn’t just an external activity and the brand experience can and should be experienced at every customer touchpoint.
So, they commissioned us to produce a professional suite of materials their surveyors could use to give their customers the information they need, from estimate to final report, in a consistently professional way.
Our brief was to revamp how estimates, invoices and T&Cs are sent and delivered to consumers/customers, in terms of both design and messaging, incorporating a personal approach that clearly offers more value to the consumer.
We designed messaging for a range of email templates and PDF attachments that could be easily adopted and adapted by the team, and sent as needed using Zoho – effectively putting a range of sales tools and opportunities for upselling and cross-selling at their fingertips.
Our brochure-style sales pack contained a flexible range of information to guide the customer journey and decision-making, plus educational information on the range of surveys available and common issues and challenges that face property buyers and sellers.
We also took the opportunity to reinforce the referrals process and to provide further information on other Arnold & Baldwin services and aftercare.
Creating a rewarding referral campaign for estate agents & lawyers to recommend Arnold & Baldwin and secure sales leads.
Arnold & Baldwin’s network of professional chartered surveyors operate across England and Wales. Ensuring a steady pipeline of work requires a comprehensive and well-connected network of professional referrers, activated by engaging estate agent marketing.
To facilitate, encourage and incentivise this, we helped Arnold & Baldwin create a dynamic referral rewards programme that would actively drive sales in a way sales professionals can get excited about.
The Referral Rewards programme allowed estate agents & lawyers to accrue points for each sale that they could swap for a series of prizes, from shopping vouchers to valuable travel vouchers.
To market the programme, we created posters for offices, an email campaign that communicated the details of the scheme, and a desktop ‘accumulator’ that would help them keep the scheme front of mind – and track their rewards.
We also designed and developed a referrals landing page where lawyers and estate agents can register and log in simply using just their mobile number.
Critical to this campaign was the ability for A&B staff to track the details of referrers and their referrals, and the quantity of each referral given.
We developed a referral system through the website that both logs, and automatically syncs with our clients CRM system Zoho, allowing for all lead data to be tallied and tracked from initial referral through to a sale and customer payment.
